Gingerbread Loaf

Healthy Gingerbread Loaf Cake is gluten free, grain free and sweetened with unrefined sugar. This is the perfect healthier holiday dessert!

– applesauce – eggs – oil – maple syrup  – molasses – apple cider vinegar – almond flour – tapioca flour – coconut flour – spices – baking powder – white chocolate chips (optional)


First, combine all of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Pour the batter into a greased 8x4 loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for about 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 15-20 minutes. Then, transfer it to a cooling rack to cool completely before slicing. Slice and enjoy!
