1. chocolate chips of choice - I use sugar free dark chocolate chips. 2. coconut oil 3. raw shelled walnuts 4. flaky sea salt

Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together.

Line a cookie sheet or plate with 9 mini cupcake liners. Add about ½ tablespoon of melted chocolate into each liner. Place 1 walnut on top. Push the walnut down into the chocolate gently.

Place the cookie sheet or plate into the fridge (not freezer) for about 1 hour to harden. Remove from the liners and enjoy!
