Air Fryer  Smashed Potatoes 

Air Fryer Smashed Potatoes are easy to make, crispy and made with minimal oil. All you need is 5 ingredients for this healthy side dish!

Less than 5 ingredients!

First, boil and drain the potatoes. They should take about 15 minutes.

Spray your air fryer basket with avocado oil spray to ensure the potatoes don't stick. Arrange the potatoes in your air fryer.

I normally complete this recipe in a few batches. This will depend on the size of your air fryer. Don't overcrowd your air fryer.

Use a glass with a flat bottom to smash each potato. No need to press hard. They should easily flatten.

Spray the potatoes with avocado oil. Sprinkle the potatoes with paprika, salt and pepper. Air fry at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.

Serve them with your favorite dipping sauce! We dipped them in Primal Kitchen Ranch Dip.
