
Tandoori Spiced Cashews
These tandoori spiced cashews are an addictive snack with such an incredible blend of spices. They are great to meal prep to have on hand to enjoy throughout the week!
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- 2 tsp olive oil
- ¼ tsp ground ginger
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- ¼ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp paprika
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- ⅛ tsp salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Coat raw cashews olive oil, ground ginger, ground cumin, ground coriander, paprika, turmeric, cayenne pepper, pink salt and black pepper.
- Place the nuts onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for about 9-16 min. or until golden.
