Tahini Date Energy Balls
- 1 cup GF oats
- 3 tbsp date syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ⅛ cup tahini
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp almond flour
- ⅛ cup sesame seeds
- Mix together oats, date syrup, vanilla, tahini, cacao powder and almond flour. Roll into bites with a 1 ½ Tbsp scoop.
- Grab a small bowl and pour the sesame seeds in. Roll each of the bites into the sesame seeds until coated.
- Allow the bites to harden in the fridge for 1 hour before enjoying. Store in the fridge.
