This easy overnight oats recipe is tasty and simple to meal prep in advance. You can add in any mix-ins such as blueberries, strawberries, almond butter, coconut, nuts, nut butter or seeds.
- ⅓ cup oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds/ground flax
- 1 scoop collagen peptides
- ½ mashed spotty-brown banana
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- Combine all ingredients in a mason jar.
- Store in the fridge overnight. In the morning, top with fruit, nut butter, shredded coconut or chopped nuts!
