This mango salsa is a bright and fresh addition to grilled shrimp, steak or a veggie burger!
- ½ cup diced mango
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 3 tbsp diced red onion
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Mix together all ingredients until combined.
- Serve with grilled shrimp, steak or a veggie burger etc.
Yields about 1 ⅓ cups of salsa.
