These brownie cookies are made with wholesome ingredients such as spelt flour, cacao powder, almond butter and blackstrap molasses. They have the texture of a fudgy brownie!
- ½ cup spelt flour
- ½ cup cacao powder
- ¼ cup melted ghee
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- ¼ cup blackstrap molasses
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- In a mixing bowl, combine spelt flour, cacao powder, melted ghee, almond butter, coconut sugar, molasses and eggs. When the dough is well combined, mix in the chocolate chips.
- Use a 1 ½ Tbsp scoop and drop each cookie dough ball onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Top each dough ball with a few chocolate chips. Bake the cookies for 7-12 min. in a 350 degree oven. Optional: When cooling, sprinkle with pink salt.
