You don’t have to wait until Saturday to make pancakes because they are SO easy to make. All you need is 3 healthy ingredients and a few minutes.
3 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
- ½ mashed spotty-brown banana
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop protein powder (flavor of choice)
- Mix the mashed banana, egg and protein powder to form the pancake batter. Add a few splashes of almond milk if your batter is too thick. (The consistency and size of the scoop depends on the type of protein you use.)
- Heat and grease a pan on medium. Spoon the batter onto the pan. You may make mini pancakes or a couple of larger ones. Cook one side until you see bubbles form on top. Flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until browned. Serve with your favorite toppings!
